Sales Executive, DACH & Europe

Close enterprise deals and build the commercial foundation for Supervised's expansion across the DACH region and Europe.

About the Role

Supervised is an AI company building the infrastructure for how modern organisations operate - replacing status meetings and manual reporting with real-time intelligence powered by voice AI. We're a small, high-conviction team with a track record: our founders previously built and exited a company for $250M.

We're in the early stages of commercial scale. This is not a role for someone who wants to inherit a machine. You'll join the founding team directly, work alongside the CEO, and be responsible for building the commercial function in your region from the ground up.

We're looking for someone who has sold B2B SaaS - ideally into mid-market or enterprise - and who knows what it takes to sell a new category. Someone comfortable running a full sales cycle, from first outreach to signed contract, without a large support apparatus behind them. You'll do the operational work too: prospecting, CRM hygiene, pipeline management, proposal writing. And you'll have a direct hand in shaping how we sell.

What you’ll do

  • Own the full sales cycle for DACH and broader European accounts - from prospecting through close
  • Build and manage a pipeline of mid-market and enterprise targets independently
  • Represent Supervised in executive conversations with CHROs, COOs, and C-suite buyers
  • Work closely with the CEO and founding team on commercial strategy, pricing, and deal structuring
  • Contribute to sales collateral, playbooks, and messaging as we formalise the go-to-market motion
  • Feed market intelligence back into product and positioning
