Supervised is an AI company redefining how organisations gather operational intelligence and keep their teams aligned - without the meetings, manual reporting, or information silos that slow most companies down. Our founders have built and exited before ($250M exit), and we're now at an inflection point: early traction with enterprise clients and a clear path to scale.
The UAE and broader Middle East represent a significant commercial opportunity for us. Distributed workforces, complex project environments, and a rapidly maturing appetite for enterprise AI - it's a strong fit for what we build. We need someone on the ground who can open doors, build relationships, and close deals.
This is an early role. You'll work directly with the founders and own your region entirely. That means doing the senior work - executive conversations, deal strategy, stakeholder management - and the operational work too: outreach, pipeline discipline, proposal drafting, coordination. We're a startup. Everyone operates.
• Build and own the commercial pipeline across the UAE and Middle East
• Identify, engage, and close mid-market to enterprise accounts across sectors (professional services, financial services, real estate, consulting, and beyond)
• Develop relationships with senior stakeholders - COOs, CHROs, MDs - and navigate complex buying processes
• Represent Supervised at regional events, in client meetings, and in partnership conversations
• Work directly with the CEO on regional strategy, pricing, and go-to-market positioning
• Provide structured market feedback to inform product and commercial decisions
