Supervised is building a new category - the AI-powered management layer that replaces operational overhead with real-time organisational intelligence. Our founders have done this before (previous company, $250M exit), and we're now building the commercial and marketing engine to match the ambition of the product.
We're looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who has lived and breathed B2B SaaS. Someone who understands what it takes to build category awareness, generate qualified pipeline, and craft messaging that resonates with executives. You'll be the first dedicated marketing hire, working directly with the CEO, and you'll shape how Supervised shows up in the world.
This role demands genuine fluency with AI tools - not as a novelty, but as your default way of working. You should be a heavy, experienced user of AI-powered tools for content creation, campaign production, research, and workflow automation. We move fast, and you'll be expected to produce at a level that would normally require a larger team.
You'll be doing senior strategy work and hands-on execution. Both. That's the reality of an early-stage startup, and it's a feature, not a bug.
• Own Supervised's marketing end-to-end: content, demand generation, positioning, and brand
• Develop and execute campaigns that drive awareness and inbound pipeline among mid-market and enterprise buyers
• Produce high-quality content — thought leadership, case studies, sales enablement assets, website copy - at pace, using AI tools to accelerate output
• Manage and continuously improve the website and digital presence
• Work closely with the sales team to align messaging and support the commercial motion
• Establish and track key marketing metrics; iterate based on what works
• Build the marketing function as we scale - processes, vendors, tools, and eventually team
