Senior UX Designer

Supervised is at the frontier of a genuinely new product category: an AI voice agent that collects operational intelligence from teams and surfaces it to leaders in real time. Designing for this is not a conventional UX problem. It requires thinking carefully about voice interaction, conversational flows, trust, transparency, and the interfaces that make complex AI outputs feel simple and actionable.

We're looking for a Senior UX Designer who is passionate about AI product design - and specifically about the emerging challenges of voice AI and human-agent interaction. You'll work directly with our engineering team and co-founders to shape the core product experience, from the agent configuration interface to the dashboards leaders rely on every day.

This is not a role for someone who hands off specs and waits. You'll move fluidly between UX thinking and UI execution, produce polished designs in Figma, and stay close to implementation - jumping into conversations with engineers early and often. We're a small team and design has an outsized seat at the table.

• Own the end-to-end design of the Supervised platform - from user research and flows to polished, production-ready UI

• Design for voice AI interaction: conversation design, agent configuration UX, and the feedback loops that make AI behaviour legible to users

• Build and maintain a coherent design system that scales with the product

• Collaborate directly and continuously with engineers - you're part of the build process, not upstream of it

• Translate complex AI outputs (summaries, routing logic, structured intelligence) into interfaces that feel clear and trustworthy to managers and teams

• Run lightweight user research and testing with our pilot clients to pressure-test design decisions

• Contribute to product thinking beyond UX - surface insights, flag assumptions, push on scope
